Chef Application
We are looking for experienced Chef de Parties who are looking to take their career to next level.
We are offering up to 40 hours shifts with training and the potential to gain a permanent position within the institution.

Together with the Senior Chef to be responsible for the efficient and effective running of a designated hot / larder kitchen to include the preparation, production and service of all menu and related items and the organisation.

Package:

£10.50 per hour and £12.00 after 3 months

Chefs will be required to:

Preparation production of food for service,

Assist the senior kitchen staff on all aspects of kitchen management.

Meeting the standards of quality,

Providing excellent customer service ​

The ideal Chef:

Current/Previous experience as a Chef
-
Communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to work under pressure

Enforce strict health and hygiene
-
Maintain a smooth operation
